It is not uncommon for couples to have been married outside of the Catholic Church. Although these couples are married legally, they have not yet entered into the sacrament of Matrimony. We would love to walk with these couples through the process of entering fully into this sacrament so that they can participate fully in the life of the Church.

Our Process

Since there are a variety of circumstances in which couples seek a marriage convalidation, the preparation process depends on each couple’s situation. Regardless, the first step is to meet with us in person. To schedule a meeting, please email Karen.
